Help for character construction!

I have now a big problem.
I started to notice that my Oc's, when I do new illustrations, they doesn't look the same, the face or sometimes they're bigger. Or sometimes the face is larger or more realistic and sometimes more childish and bigger eyes. D:

Know any tutorials for characters body design and face design?
So I can do the same proportions (hard for me) when I change poses and that.
